Our sales team works closely with customers in the field, often providing technical support, training and other hands-on after-sales support. Our service division performs in-field annual maintenance on 20% of our customer’s stations. This approach ensures we maintain first-hand direct insight into our customers and the environments in which our products are being used. It also affords other benefits, such as real-world testing of new technologies before release to a wider market.
